I have cpu i5 6600 and Asus H170 plus DDR4 , whats my Internal video card i have and where is it in cpu or Motherboard?

Well, the i5 6600 does have an IGPU, Intel HD 530, built into it. If your motherboard supports it, it would have the connector(s) to plug into your monitor. Typically HDMI and VGA. That doesn't rule out the possibility that you also have a dedicated GPU, which would be in the form of a card that plugs into the motherboards, with its own video ports on its backplate.
