I want to buy a S10 and i was looking on amazon and the international version is cheaper then the UK varient. I did some research and saw that the international has a snapdragon and the UK has exynos which is worse. So i want the international version but im sure on weather it will work on my Tesco sim and i saw that you cant get updates and samsung pay does not work. These are the only things i am unsure about. Any help would be appreciated.

You can get very good information about which bands on which carriers a given device (& its specific version) will support here: https://www.kimovil.com/en/frequency-checker/GB (for the UK, the site does allow selection of countries around the world).

I have no idea what major network Tesco runs under (and if memory serves Tesco is a department or grocery store, so they're certainly buying massive blocks of time on one of the major carrier's network and reselling it under their own branding.

I can't speak at all to what Samsung's policy on OTA updates for the international version of the S10 might be, nor to the Samsung Pay question.
