International Warranty-MSI or ASUS?

Hi ,

I'm from India and am planning to get a GTX 970 GPU.I am thinking of getting it from the US,as the price differnce is huge in the Indian market compared to what is available in the US.I have shortlisted the options to the Asus Strix or the MSI Gaming 4G.What i would like to know is that,if i can somehow get the card from the US,would the warranty be valid here in India?If so,could you let me know which brand is better in terms of warranty? or if the international warranty is available at all??.I tried going through the respective company websites,but after reading through ,it still seems extremely vague .Any thoughts anyone??Any help would be much appreciated!

I live in Canada and have used Asus for my graphics cards and motherboards. I have bought directly for ASUS before and have NEVER had an issue with any RMA i have had to do. You just have to pay for shipping to get it to them.
