International warranty on on Gigabyte and Msi graphic cards.

I planning to buy a 980 and have narrowed it down to a Gigabyte or Msi.
My question is if I order it from Amazon.com and they ship it to India. Is the warranty still available? Would I need to send it back to the USA or can I send it to a local dealer if the card malfunctions or is Dead on arrival?

send an email to the card vendor both of them will send you info on there int warrantys and there local rma dept.

Only EVGA offers global warranty on its graphic cards but it doesn't have a service center in India as yet. Tough luck, but if you want warranty, you need to purchase your graphic card from India only. Both MSI and ASUS have confirmed this to me in writing.
