Internet Access Icon Acting Funny

When my computer boots up the internet access icon in the bottom right has the blue circle going around for awhile and then finally goes away, probably around a minute or so. It's not causing any issues, it's just annoying. I've used TCIP Optimizer, but I don't think that's causing the issues. Plus I didn't back up my initial settings but I assume reinstalling the driver would do that. Any ideas?

try reinstalling your internet drivers im assuming your using windows 7 because ik know several people with similar issued and reinstalling the drivers fixed it alwso try ownloading all the windows updates it could be a bug possibly that got workwed out in one of the update
