Internet amazing Ping horrible on games

Ok so I noticed this today and was playing a game on CS and randomly got high ping so I tryed to figure out the issue I ran speedtest the ping showed up fine but when I was playing a game it was not so I even played a game on the xbox same issue was getting horrible ping on rocket leauge for the xbox please help

You posted this to the wireless forums so I assume you are running these devices on wifi.

This is not uncommon games are affected much more than something like speedtest by data corruption in the wifi.

You need to test on a ethernet cable to see if the problem is just wifi or you have some other issue.
