Internet Backgammon Microsoft 2009

I have an issue with Internet Backgammon Microsoft 2009. Error Code" OX80041004 keeps coming up and that's it. It's the best Backgammon game on the Net. I have Windows 7 and use Google Chrome....thanks

- Windows key -> turn windows features on and off -> Games - > unselect backgammon and hit OK. Let Windows perform the changes. Restart the PC. Perform the same steps and enable Backgammon. See if the game loads.

- Try disabling Firewall and any security software such as Antivirus. They may block the game from connecting to the Internet.
