Some guy said he was going to crash my internet in a game and now my internet won't work at all

This person may be executing a DDOS attack on you. There is nothing you can do about this other than contact your ISP. Your internet may not be working for some other reason.

Start with a network reset. Power off your modem and router. Power on your modem and let it completely boot (say 2 min). Then power on your router. See if that fixes anything.
