Question Internet barely usable, keeps dropping

yesterday i upgraded my internet from 10mbps to 50mbps, it was running good all day yesterday until 12 last night it started doing this, and i cant do anything with it. its awful.

these are my past 3 speed tests, i did them back to back. its suppose to be 50mbps but its never reached that after yesterday.

Its everything in the house, my phone will barley load anything on the wifi

So, they said it wasnt on their side, that they would be out in the morning to check it out, but im confused now because the speed test is still doing the same, all websites load so slow if they even load, youtube website is slow just like every other one but when i click on a video to watch its like my internets perfect.
