Internet browsing problem in windows 7

Hello,
I recently bought a new laptop with windows 7, internet worked fine in first one week and after that i experienced no browsing or very slow browsing. the torrent client works fine but it took ages to load a web page. I used my wimax connection with another laptop and it worked perfect at this other machine.

If you're using a torrent client to download while you web browse, then that is what's slowing your browser down. If you want to browse, close the torrent client.

Whether torrent client is on or off, it does not make any difference. my guess is some thing is wrong with the http and i dont what or why?

I have tried all i.e. IE 8, FF and chrome.

I got so irritated with this problem, eventually I decided to reinstall the OS from recovery partition. So for now the internet is working.
