Internet cafe owner looking for some advice

Hello,
I have a net cafe in the Philippines and looking to add 10 to 15 units.Here are the requirements of the most popular game played at my shop MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
CPU P3-1G or AMD Athlon 1.0 P4-1.8G or AMD Athlon XP 1800+
RAM 256 MB 512MB
VGA Geforce3 (64 MB) / Radeon 9000 Geforce FX 5700, Radeon 9500
DirectX DirectX 9.0c
Required Memory 500Mb

what do you suggest I build with about $15,000 to spend.I don't need any keyboards,os, speakers,mouse,or cases.I build 14 units last year 7 quad cores and 7 i5-750's with 4gb ram 500gb hdd's 23"acer monitors and 1gb vga I spent about $1,100 each unit and feel i went a bit overkill in terms of my video card.I would like to keep the i5-750 builds and some usb 3.0 mobos.Let me know it's an exciting project i have an account with com usa and newegg and order out of Miami Fl. I'll find some parts and make a recommendation. First though, please read the sticky in the homebuilt section about asking for build advice. The more important questions that need to be answered in my opinion though are:

-What game is this? People may have more experience and be able to pick better parts for the game.
-Do you need power supplies too?
-Do you have brand preferences? (eg, want to stick with intel setups)
-I can think of $700 builds that would meet your needs. Would you like to hear about them or keep performance to at least the same as your other current computers (if the second, then we need the specs on those computers)?
-Do you need an operating system for each computer?
-Do you need monitors?
-Can you provide us more information on what you need from each system other than just one game?

I would say to cut down on your overal cost you should go with AMD systems build them around a Phenom II 965 BE and you should be able to cut cost quite a bit.

You will be saveing almost a $1000 total by not doing I5s and going with AMD

The most popular game and pretty much the only game my customers play is called SF Online Philippines, it's a old type of shooter game.Other then that just students using word and surfing and of course facebook.My cafe is the only of it's type here in my city mostly all net cafes here run old amd systems on there last limp.Being that I'm surrounded with net cafe's and I intend to keep my units updated with quad cores i5's 23" lcd's.Brand wise I intend to stick with intel cpu's and the rest I'm really open.Please remember ware and tare is important due to the fact were open 24hours 7days a week.Stable parts are of great importance to me no OCing and no real heavy games or apps.You've seen the min. specs of the game there running and it's verry simple.I just want to build something that can last me to the wheel falls off cause I come home to the States every year and and 10 or 15 units.

Well to be honest the Phenom IIs are very stable and reliable they are not like the first generation Phenoms at all and in some cases they will out perform an I5 750 but hey you want to stick to Intel I can understand that AMD has a shaky track record.

SAAIELLO ty so much for everything i love what you suggested.Could you help me find a better mobo. I think this year I want to turn it up a notch and get usb 3.0 something that will keep these build a bit more up to date compare to my last years builds.I don't really have a problem of going over budget I have three places that give me big credit lines and 12months no interest tigerdirect,comp usa and Newegg.I recover my overhead within 6months and I'm looking to keep it rolling.

I wait a couple more years on the usb 3 & SATA 3, there's not to much out there right now and it's at a premium.

I'd be more wary of the basiq than the earthwatts. Have you had experience with either?
