Question Internet capabilites are 900 Mbps but I am only getting up to 400 Mbps

For some reason I am only getting up to 400 Mbps according to task manager through my ethernet cable when I have up to 900 Mbps available. According to task manager I only end up using up to around 45 percent of network. Why?

What were you using to measure your speed? Just downloading something? Check speedtest.net to test your internet speeds. If you are still way off from your advertised speeds, who is your provider? Are you providing any of your own hardware?
