Question Internet capped at 3 MB/s

I pay for 85 Mbps but speed is low on launcher like Battle.net or Steam. Not really sure why tho. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

First you have to find the cause.

The cabel is connected to the wifi and the router is connected to my pc. I am testing it on launchers like Steam. Otherwise if im using uTorrent to download i have better speed. Also tried fast.com speed test and it says 25 Mbps.

If you have a WIFI link in the middle then that is the limiting factor.

Yes maybe thats it. I tried connecting the cable to the pc directly but there was no internet.
