Internet connected but no internet acess

Hello,

I've a problem with the internet.
When i connect to the internet, no problem it connect.
Then I have a little icon on the wifi it says "no internet access".
When i open Internet Explorer the notifications goes.
Its very anoying every startup the notofication appears.
