Hello,
Issue: I will not be able to load any website, game server, etc any new connection.
Though say If I'm watching a twitch stream or a youtube video(loading a new video will fail). It will continue to work as that server is already connected. It's also the same in a game. As long as I stay on that established connection basically it will not drop.
This is where it becomes even stranger because it hasn't happened even though I've had 3/4 different ISPs all with their included routers and trying to buy my own. I've had 3 PC's in this time as it's been happening for about 8 years now. It doesn't happen often, maybe once a week, maybe one a month, maybe twice a day but its variance has no pattern. I've tried replacing ethernet & powerline adapters. I don't know if this affects all ethernet as this is my only connected device (Just remembered I've used a Raspberry PI on my netwrok for a while, this suffered the same effects at times as well.)
Wifi will still work absolutely fine when this happens.
I've tried the following to fix it
IPCONFIG /ALL
Event Viewer

I've tried the following to fix it
- New ISP/Router
- New Ethernet/Powerline adapters
- New PC/OS
- Custom DHCP settings
- Ipconfig
- Turning powerline adapter on/off
- Restarting PC
- Various other google resolution
