Internet connection Limited windows 8

Hi Im a windows 8.1 User and I have Problems with limited access or cant connect to this network But it comes and goes i showed it to a professional but it worked fine in his workshop (i gausse its deffrent from internet to another) so the Problem is i be playing Online games and suddenly gives me limited access so its sad cause online games need stable internet So i serched alot for Vids to help but none of them worked for me some of the solutions:
Netsh commands
Updating network adapter Driver
reinstalling the Driver
power management
so is there anything els you can help me with ?
if not can u give me a link to anysite that can get me deeper of knowing what to do ? :/
Or i just spend money and go back to windows 7 ?

Have you called your ISP they may be your very problem since the pc works fine on the net in other places/providers also check your home equipment such as cables routers modem you may have issues with that as well.

BTW going back to windows 7 wont solve your issue.

well the router is still new Soo what does my internet Provider have to do with it ?? all devices working fine exept my Pc
