I'm having 2 problems with my PC....
1. Video is loading slow from the internet. I used to be able to watch HD video from YouTube with little or no buffering, and now I can't even watch low quality video without constant buffering.
2. The first time I access the internet (via chrome, outlook, firefox - anything) after turning on the PC, it takes 10 or more minutes to connect.
These problems started happening after I replaced my old graphics card (EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS 320-P2-N811-AR) which went bad, with a new card (GIGABYTE GV-R667D3-1GI Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3). The new card was not near as expensive as the old card ($70 vs $220), but since we only use the PC for surfing the internet I felt like the Radeon 6670 card would be fine for this.
Here's what I have tried....
1. Replaced my router (oops. That's what I thought the problem was originally.)
2. Uninstalled the new graphics card driver (from the CD) and installed the most recent driver. (no help)
3. Virus scans Ad nauseam. (nothing found - obviously no help)
4. Cleaned the Registry (no help).
I will purchase a better graphics card if I could be sure that would solve my problem.
