Since installing Windows 10 I have had nothing but problems with the internet. It drops out (which is a big problem when you're a graphic designer)

I have followed just about every forum/help website's instructions to no avail.

Firewall 'incoming connections' scan says:
Windows Sockets registry entries required for network connectivity are missing.
the troubleshooter goes through & 'fixes' this but then the same thing happens when I check it again.

When going through the winsock rigmarole it all works until you get to the part where you are supposed to add the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)-Tunnels
This comes up:
‘could not add the requested feature. The error is: this program is blocked by group policy. For more information contact your system administrator.

I thought I was onto something good when I saw a thread that suggested downloading a LAN driver (in a solved thread) but I get this:
cannot install drivers. No Intel® Adapters are present in this computer.

Then I searched for an Intel Adapter for Windows 10.. and I get this!:
There is an issue with Microsoft Windows 10 that prevents the Intel ® Advanced Network Services (Intel ® ANS) feature from working correctly. You may install the feature, although you will be unable to creat Intel® ANS Teams and VLANs. Do you wish to install the feature?

Also... I can temporarily fix the internet by changing the 'Speed & Duplex'
(Ethernet> properties> configure> advanced> Speed & Duplex change from 'Auto negotiation to either 1.00gbps or 100mbps)
This whole thing is driving me insane 🙁

Can anyone help PLEASE?! this is seriously wrecking my ability to work! Thanks in advance for anyone that has a solution!

Hi basroil, where exactly do I find that out?
I know that the 'network adapter' is an Intel(R) 82578DM Gigabit Network Connection... is that the right place I'm looking? (not extremely knowledgeable in this department)
It's only started happening since the windows 10 upgrade... It's causing a headache alright! :/ The only Realtek thing this computer has is an audio manager I think...

I'm having exactly the same problem since upgrading to Win 10, and I am not computer savey like a pro, but not completely stupid either.
While trying to download new drivers from Intel, I was told. Win 10 prevents advanced services feature from working. (Microsoft? care to chime in here?)
Unable to create Intel ANS teams & VLANS.
No idea what ANY of that means.
