Question internet connection problems

Hi everyone...
I get around 60dl and 30ul speed connection to the internet, but webpages are taking forever to open unless I activate a vpn which lowers significantly the connection speed but then the webpage opens
Also, if I check my public ip address with cmd nslookup myip.opendns.com resolver1.opendns.com I get a different public ip address to what I get when I google it. anyone any ideas why this is?
Any advice very welcome

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

ISP?

What make and model modem and router? Or just modem/router if combined.

On your computer ensure that only one network adapter (either wired or wireless) is enabled.

Run "ipconfig /all" via the Command Prompt and post the results.
