Have a 25 mbps internet connection and i am using an ethernet cable to connect with my desktop PC... Sometimes my internet speed is reduced to the point i can't see text from discord or watch Youtube videos in HD...I am still connected but it's bottlenecked till i can only watch 144p videos... Also when i do a speedtest during those times it shows my connection speed much more than it is: 40-50~ Mbps
My phones wireless connection also experiences slowing down at the same time but speedtest results from my phone still shows 25mbps as it should during the connection issues...
If i restart my router the issue is fixed for around 10 minutes but then same thing happens again... Checked some other threads but didn't see one that has similar symptoms so created this thread. I don't even know what to suspect, my hardware? ISP? router? router cables? It just doesn't make sense to me so if anyone has any idea to at least give me any idea which one of these might be the problem i'd appreciate it
