Question Internet connectivity issue!!

Hello! New here because I am stumped with my internet issue. I have an Asus scar II gaming laptop and the internet connection is intermittent. Sometimes no issues, sometimes won't connect for longer than 20 seconds. With a usb internet adapter it has zero issues. I just replaced the network adapter card the intel 9560 and that didn't solve the issue either. It is running windows 11 and I do believe it had this same problem with windows 10. Always had a harder time with the 5ghz connection compared to the 2ghz connection. Any ideas?

Well I just went to the asus support website and installed the lan drivers directly from them for this laptop and I think it fixed my issue. 2ghz seems fine but still can't connect to the 5ghz at least not right this second.
