Internet connectivity issues on my new PC

I changed my CPU it was an xp so I changed it to a windows 7 but now my BSNL net won't work the WiFi is working though please

There is no such thing as an XP CPU or Windows 7 CPU.

Do you mean you changed the Windows version on your computer?
In that case you need to install the Windows 7 network drivers from your PC or laptop maker's website.
