I have been having problems with my wifi recently. When I startup my computer it connects just fine, but then at times shows limited connectivity when all the other devices (my phone and tablet) are connected just fine. I disconnect and reconnect and it temporarily resolves the problem but its not solved. Any ideas on how to take care of it?

There are many possible causes. Where is your computer relative to the AP? Are you near anything that may cause signal interference - cordless phone, microwave? Maybe you need to adjust your antennas.

Try downloading a program like inSSIDer Home. That will be able to tell you your relative signal strength (realistically you want to be -65 db or greater) plus what other devices may be transmitting on your frequency and what channel. Too many devices on the same channel could cause interference. It will also tell you what channel you are on. You may need to switch your channel or designate a channel if you have a lot of congestion on one of the bands (1,6,11 are the purest channels in the 2.4Ghz freq).

You could also have a bandwidth issue with too many devices trying to stream or download. That really shouldn't be the problem but your router could be kicking you for some reason.

You could also try cycling your router (unplug for 30 seconds then plug back in).

Dump your DNS cache and renew your lease - open a command promp (Admin) then type:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

And of course check to make sure all drivers/firmware is up to date.
