Internet connectivity problems please help

I have recently been having a lot of problems with my internet, it just drops out and decides it doesnt want to work i have been trying to fix it for months now and its just driving me crazy. I have tried to release and renew my ip which works... temporarily then it drops out again after maybe a hour and then i need to do it again.

Things i have tried
renewing and releasing my ip
disabling network adapters
reinstalling/updating drivers
reinstalling/updating windows 10
using a new mother board
checking system logs
uninstalling VPNs

Specs
CPU: amd a8-6600k
MB: msi a68hm grenade
GPU: Zotac gtx 960 2GB
PSU: 550W ATNG PSU
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

Is this the only computer with this problem or do other devices have issues with the internet as well?
I am asking because I am suspect the issue with the ISP/router before thinking it is just your computer.

its just this computer that has the problem and the internet is DSL. Also i have changed isp and router since the problem started and its still here.

Yeah i have tried with different cables

borrow a lan or a usb wireless pen drive and disable onboard for the test .

This is the only computer using ethernet

Try a different computer/device on etherent, need to find out of the router's lan/switch is bad, or if it is just your computer.

another thing i should say is that it doesnt happen if im playing a game or in a discord channel just when browsing the internet

the renew ip goes from computer chipset to router and modem so if you plug only to computer directly to modem without router do you still have to renew ip seams to me a falling lan chipset on the board .
