Internet Cuts off at every night and comes back in the morning

For the past few weeks my internet cuts of at 9:30-10 PM every night and comes back on at 8AM.

I can't access any web-page or ISP's login page from any devices. I tried restarting the router, that didn't made a difference.

yes I did, They said they need time to resolve this issue and they have no clue what is causing the issue at the moment.
I have another question, can a malware infected device like mobile phone cause this ?

1:check your telephone if its live at the time internet goes off thats if your using house internet and not phone.
2: keep an eye on your bill.
3 someone can cut your line outside and use it for internet or to make calls.

I would consider that your parents could have parental controls in use on you.

I'm have an optic fibre cable connection . And i checked my usage summary nobody is using the internet
