Internet cuts out the same time every night

Hi people,

I realize there are multiple, older threads about this, but none of them have been able to help me.

Every night between 00:30 and 00:40, my internet cuts out. I have checked with the provider, I have reset the router (one-year old TP-LINK Archer 2600C), checked for parental controls (switched off) and looked at the DNS Lease in ipconfig /all (wasn't able to find anything suspicious, though I am an experienced if not advanced user). Provider says it's not on their end and I am inclined to believe them since my neighbour does not have the issue. The router seems to be functioning fine, the wifi works without a hitch (though obviously without internet connection) and the Ethernet connection functions, though again, no connection to the internet.

The internet is back every morning.

Anyone want to hazard a guess what's up?

EDIT: Here is a screenshot of ipconfig /all DHCP Lease Time:

You are at the point then of getting the ISP to fix this problem. There has to be a device and if it is not physically in your apartment then the ISP will have to work with the building management to solve this.

You have eliminated pretty much anything that can cause it on your router so it almost has to be equipment outside your control.
I am assuming that you did that command on your pc to get the DHCP times ?

It would be more likely if the issue were dhcp the problem would be the router WAN dhcp times. Does the router log show anything about outages.

Since this router does not contain a modem have you looked into the modem and see if there are any error messages in the modem.

if the error stil lthere then try unplugging each cable box see if it a box or a tv. check that your cables are tight and the splitter is good if there any in your home. last is have them put a line tester on the outside of your home. see if the spike hits your home every night.

Do you have to be doing something 00:30 in the morning every day? Downtime duration? Not all problems are worth the time to do something about it.

OK this is killing you. Networking can be complicated or simple. I see a simple, need to go from A to B to C to D etc. A pipe, a long road with multiple intersections, where is the break? 1st thing I want to know, when problem happens what does the MODEM SAYS? WAN LINK light goes dark? that means the break is between modem and ISP. Get my gist? FIND THE BREAK.

Thanks for your replys guys. I'm not entirely sure what you guys mean when you say "modem" - the router is plugged directly into the wall socket. I suppose I could hook up a laptop into the wall socket direct to check if the problem is with the router that way?

If so I would have no idea where to look, since it certainly isn't in my apartment. I have an Ethernet cable going directly from a wall socket into my router. This is the way it works for nearly all apartments and houses in Denmark. Fiber cables in the ground, Ethernet wall sockets that connect to the router.
