Internet disconnects at the same time ALMOST every day

Hi.

So both the ethernet and wifi disconnects for about 10-20 sec at 1:02am almost every day. I'd say ca. five days a week.
This does not happen with other modems (they are worse in other ways, that's why Im using this one). It is an old Thomson ST546 v6.

I've heard it is something about the modem restarting or something. Is this true? And is there a fix?
