Question Internet disconnects once a day and works only on 10Mbps FDX

1. I have a pppoe 50Mbps connection and what happens is twice a day at the same time, everyday.
2. Once the connection goes off, it comes back on automatically within an hour.
3. I have got my router replaced and currently it is Tenda AC5 and still the same issue.
4. What I found out was once the connection goes off, if I change the speed settings in Modem Router - WAN to 10Mbps FDX, the internet connects and it starts working.
5. But doing this would only give me 10Mbps speed.
6. My Local Cable Operator gave me a new username Password of a new service but it does the same thing.
7. In my building, there are other people using the same ISP network and it works absolutely fine on 50Mbps.

reset the modem to factory defaults

replace the modem if it still happens

1. Already done the reset to factory defaults.
2. Changed my router modem twice. Earlier it was TP link Archer c20i. Same issue

If it would have been Router issue then why would it work absolutely fine rest of the time?

What network adapter is installed?

Check the configuration settings. e.g., Speed & Duplex. Set to Auto.

Run "ipconfig /all" via the Command Prompt and post the results.
