Internet disconnects same time everyday

the problem started when suddenly out of no where the internet disconnects from all devices at around 8 or 9pm. I check my modem and it's showing me that there is no internet connection. I disconnect the router and modem. I proceed to plug them back in and wait for the connection to come back. Never does. I repeat this process over and over while talking to tech support from my ISP, time warner cable.
Next day I get a brand new modem, as suggested by TWC, plug it in mid-day works perfectly internet is back. Same thing happens that night, in the exact same way. Call tech support. Thye give me exact run around over the phone and I go back to the store and get another modem and that same night with the 2nd new modem, it cuts out and never comes back. I'm at a lose for what to do. Please any suggestions.

This is a TWC issue,and they will need to fix it. Right now it is quite cold in the Northeast and it is not helping. They may have oversold the node, or your wiring may be faulty.

Try going to the web address below which is your modem and posting a screenshot:

192.168.100.1
I use to have a similar problem with twc. mine would cut off sometime after midnight if it was real cold and would not come back on til about 10am or 11am once the sun was up and thawed things out. the problem was down the road in one of their boxes once they replaced the part it worked fine but it took them about 2 weeks cause they were waiting for the part to come in
