the problem started when suddenly out of no where the internet disconnects from all devices at around 8 or 9pm. I check my modem and it's showing me that there is no internet connection. I disconnect the router and modem. I proceed to plug them back in and wait for the connection to come back. Never does. I repeat this process over and over while talking to tech support from my ISP, time warner cable.
Next day I get a brand new modem, as suggested by TWC, plug it in mid-day works perfectly internet is back. Same thing happens that night, in the exact same way. Call tech support. Thye give me exact run around over the phone and I go back to the store and get another modem and that same night with the 2nd new modem, it cuts out and never comes back. I'm at a lose for what to do. Please any suggestions.
