Question Internet disconnects, then computer slows down!

Hi.
I have a weird problem in windows 11 even i had it in win10!
Every time my internet disconnects, My computer become laggy and slow down, that i can't even use my laptop. In this case i have to restart my windows (that take more than 3 minutes to restart) then if my internet connect again, every thing will be normal!

Today when this problem happened again, i just checked task manager and just see "windows system interrupts" use 100% CPU.
This is my new and fresh install of windows with all of drivers updated.

What you think guys? How can i fix this?

Any programs installed since fresh win install? Only thing i can think of, some program heavily relying on internet connection that it hangs the system.

Check processes in task manager after pulling network cable and see which process is consuming the most cpu or ram. Investigate the origins of that process by right clicking it and view location.

Sounds like it could be some sort of driver issue, are you running the up-to-date drivers on your system? Particualary the network driver.

Also, sometimes this sort of issue can be related to hardware within the computer, are you using any expansion cards in the machine?

What is your computer specifications?
