Internet Disconnects When Gaming

Hi, recently my computer has been disconnecting from the internet usually when playing games. I have a TP-Link TL-WN722N Wireless adapter. This is a recent problem. I have tried troubleshooting such as disabling selective suspend and disabling IPV6. If anyone knows what to do please respond.

What is your signal strength? Have you tried directly wiring the system to the router/switch?

I have 3/4 bars, and i cant really plug directly in b/c my router is on a different floor, and i would have to lay my computer on the couch which i really don't want to do...

Well the best way to test this is to try wiring it just to see if the problem goes away. You then know if you have to look into the wireless being the issue or something else.
