[SOLVED] internet disconnects when i play games over wifi

i have this laptop : https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GF63-8RX.html

gtx 1050 with i5 8300h

when ever i play over wifi internet goes down on all devices after 1-2 mins of starting the game this also happened on 3 routers in my and my friends house
tried flash dns and winsock reset tries disabling firewall, antivirus deleting and reinstalling network driver nothing helped

even tries pinging the router while playing the game it start making request time error to the router gateway, this only over wifi over cable is fine

Ok, so it looks like you have a wireless AC Intel 9462. That should work pretty well.

Download the Windows 10 drivers for your PC, assuming you have windows 10. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/125192/Intel-Wireless-AC-9462

Then in the device manager you pictured, right click on the Wireless AC 9462 and click on uninstall device, it will prompt you to uninstall the driver, check that box and hit ok.

Then install the new driver you just downloaded.
If your laptop doesn't have an INTEL wifi m.2 card, I'd suggest you install one. They're only like $15. I know some of their competitor wifi cards have been having these drop out issues lately.

If you want to know quickly, you can just go into DEVICE MANAGER(type it into the search taskbar) and select NETWORK ADAPTERS. One of them will be your wireless adapter, it's probably a broadcom atheros.
