I've had this issue for months that when im playing a game i randomly disconnect for about 10-15s and then its fine again. Sometimes it happens frequently and sometimes it doesnt happen but once and hour. I've had very few occasions were its never happened at least once in a day. My internet is fine other than those disconnects though. I never get ping spikes or lag issues at all unless its the disconnects. Sometimes it completely disconnects me from a game and other times everything freezes for 10-15s. Eventually the game catches back up and goes back to normal.

I am on and Ethernet cable.
I have tried so much stuff and i can't find anything on the internet to help me.

Could be as simple as your internet itself is dropping. You will have to get proof before your ISP will fix it.

If you have a cable modem the log might show outages.

The test method is pretty much the same. Your first step is to run a constant ping in a background window to some common ip like 8.8.8.8 and see if you get loss at the same time your game says you do.

The next step is to run tracert to 8.8.8.8. It will likely show nothing interesting the goal is to get the IP of the ISP first router. it is normally hop 2.

You now want to run constant ping to hop 1 (this is your router) and to hop 2. You want to be able to show the ISP that you have no loss in your house. (hop 1) but you see loss to their router hop 2. This represent some issue with the connection to your house.

I didn't get any loss.

I pinged my router and got no loss when disconnecting. It said the time was 1ms all the way down the line.
