Question internet dissconnecting

So ill try to explain this best i can.

i have a devolo dlan 550 duo addapter which is connected to my pc for internet.
now recently my intenet keeps dissconnecting even tho the light on my devolo is lighting up white (which means it's working).
after sometime it connects again but not for long as it dissconnects again after a few min, this happens the entire day all week.
I allready tried to replace the cable and the devolo device is also new.

these dissconnects happen at random when playing games,browsing internet or watching video's.

What make and model router are you using?

Does the pc stay connected when connected directly to the router using an ethernet cable?

Does the following Installation Manual match your 550 Duo adapter?

Could be a loose connection in the plugs or electrical wiring.

i believe it's TP-Link model Archer C1200.
not sure if im connected to the router or the modem, don't really understand all of this sorry

I have not tried to connect the router or modem to my pc yet. will try that when as soon as i'm able to.
And yes the manual matches mine.
