Internet download speed suddenly fell

so i was getting 3.6MB/s yesterday and it suddenly fell to 2.2MB/s

im using dsl cable

haven't found any solution in the forum

and i already tried rebooting pc, cleaning temp folder and unplugging the cable... still nothing

Did you reboot the modem/router, contact your ISP?

i only checked provides website and they said they doubled it the download speed..........
