Internet Exp: Radio Buttons & mild security issue

After installing XP SP2.

Now IE does not allow radio buttons to activate on websites. I also have
problems trying to logon to mild secure websites. High security websites I
have no problem accessing.

I have tried to reinstall IE, and it kicks back telling me that there is a
newer version on the system.
