Internet explorer 32 bit wont connect to the internet since I upgraded to a new

Hello, I've been searching for weeks on how to fix this issue with my internet. I used to have net zero dial up on my laptop and could run Internet Explorer and Firefox easily and I could run both on the wireless at the college I attended, but when I upgraded my wireless at home I can no longer run firefox or IE 32 bit, but I did figure out I could run the internet on IE 64 bit. I have vista still, and I really need to use flash, but my question is how do I get my 32 bit browsers working again? I've tried messing with my firewall and my trendo antivirus, but nothing seems to work. Help!
