Internet Explorer 8

I have this problem, every time i open internet explorer tab or window then automaticly opens developer tools.
How do i disable it. Can any body tell me how to do it?
I have looked every where on internet explorer tools options, and i can't find it where is set this option.

Developer Tools F12
or Internet Options
Advanced Tab
Reset
