Internet Explorer problem

Hi everyone,
a few days later I tried to run my old PC with Windows XP. I opened Internet Explorer (6) but the problem is that it shows only some websites e.g. MSN and whem I open other websites it says: IE cannot display the webpage So I installed IE7 but the problem remained. I've tried to reinstall IE7, delete history, cookies... Please help me asap. I simply need to run IE. Thanks for help.

Install Chrome or Firefox since the old version of IE id not secure.

It also might be a certificate issue due to the old IE version which can not be fixed.

Well, there is one site that runs ONLY on IE, that's why I need it.

Then you likely need a new OS. IE 8 is way outdated at this point. And what site REQUIRES IE? I haven't seen browser specific sites in 15 years.
