Internet explorer stops working

Hello,
about every 2 minutes internet explorer stops, i know i need an update but it says i need a disc for windows 7 home edition it has been failing to update for about a month now, can this be why computer is poopiin out?

Have you tried resetting IE?

In IE... go to settings --> Advanced tab and in there - select the reset option... It should put it back to basics and disable addins etc (which is probably what causing the problem).

sounds like messed up system, prly some malware on there or corrupt sys files. run malwarebytes, try to get any updates you can from MS update and run a chkdsk /r
