I get an error meseage HTTP 500 or HTTP 404 and a page of text telling me that I cant open the page also updating the page seems impossoble also also some programmes say my Internet Explorer setting are incorrect ie set to custom not medium. Help

In IE, Tools/Internet Options under Security, Privacy, Advanced tabs set to
default
