Question Internet Explorer

I dont need and i dont want "internet explorer" installed or even existing on my PC.
I use my own webbrowser and have no intrest to any other.
Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer

I deleted the file but it keeps re-creating / re-installing itself every few minutes.
How to stop it?

Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Uncheck the box for Internet Explorer 11 -> OK.

I did that already long time ago. The file is still there and keeps recreating after delete... i want to remove internet explorer COMPLETLY 100% not just deactivate.
It will pretty much save anything i ever searched in the windows explorer like a keylogger and i dont want that.
