Internet Extremely Slow

Suddenly, my home internet has been extremely slow. This is happening for everybody in the house
Ping: 207ms
Download Speed: 1.37mbps
Upload Speed: 0.04mbps
I usually get download speeds of around 4mbs.
I cannot think of any devices which could be hogging the bandwidth. Please help me as this is extremely frustrating

Power off/on modem/router.

Checks speeds using a wired connection.

Complain to ISP.
