Internet failing whenever I begin doing certain things

My internet has been acting very strange for a few months now and I'm just beginning to realize I really shouldn't have to deal with this... Here's what it's doing:

The problem:
When I play certain games or do certain tasks that involve the use of the internet it just goes absolutely berserk and instead of slowing down it just completely shuts down (might I add it still says its up and running at 5 bars) and spews out a ton of data every 15-20 seconds. This had been going on for a while, but now I can't really do anything except for go on google.

Fixing the problem is simple - but temporary and not too effective. I just unplug the router, and then plug it back in. This USUALLY (I'm writing this because it isn't really working anymore!) allows me to then play whatever game I wanted to, but with a lot of lag.

Patterns I've noticed:
-If I'm playing the game and the internet begins having one of its little "episodes," I'm unable to use my web browser as well. HOWEVER almost immediately after closing out of the game I can then use it normally.
-The second I begin playing these games the internet crashes. The maximum delay is like 1 minute.
-It feels like if we use a certain amount of the internet at once, it just collapses. I feel like it must be some exact number because it crashes very consistently.
-My dad rambles on here and there about our internet being interfered with our neighbor's, I'm not sure how accurate that is but hey you never know.
-It often feels like it's only my computer that sets it off. I think this is because I'm the only one in the house that does more than go on google here and there, but it's possible it's my card.
-Once every couple of weeks I get a notification on my computer (and only my computer) that there is an IP conflict.

What I've tried:
-We bought a new router. Sadly this (from what I can tell) has only made things worse and more frequent.

Specs:
-Router: AirPort Extreme by Apple
-Some expensive internet service (if you really need to know I can figure it out)

Have you ever tried scanning for malware infections? If not, I recommend you only use Malwarebytes FREE Edition... don't turn on the pro... give that a try first.

If nothing is found... then next I suggest you scan for Tracking Cookies... The only program that really works at getting rid of those is SuperAntiSpyware FREE Edition...

I ran Malwarebytes and it detected a few things but nothing was malware, and then Ran SuperAntiSpyware and it detected 150 cookie threats.

Also Norton found PUA.SearchProtect shortly after SuperAntiSpyware did (Gee thanks Norton) and both of these put that in a section that seemed more important.

Update: SuperAntiSpyware also found Adware.Conduit/Variant
PUP.Systweak/Variant
Trojan.Agent/Gen-FakeAV <<<HIGHLIGHTED AND BOLDED IN RED
PUP.SystweakASP/Variant
And then Nodus found:
PUA.ADVSysProtector!g1
