Question Internet going down for a few seconds every so often

Hello i have bought a new laptop recently and ofcourse it had no ethernet port. The laptop is the razer blade 14. I had to buy an ethernet adapter so I got one of amazon which is USB c. However the internet every so often keeps cutting out for a few seconds and its really annoying when trying to game as it constantly kicks out of the game. I have tried changing the USB C port and removing the power settings to save power however no good. Also when this happens the lights on the adapter go off and the internet on the computer disappears.

Which Amazon USB Ethernet adapter?

Try the Ethernet adapter on another known working computer.

Try another known working Ethernet adapter or some other known working USB device in the laptop's USB port.

Determine if the "cutting off " problem follows the Ethernet adapter or stays with the laptop's USB port.

i got the ugreen https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07M8GSLQB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This is the only laptop that I have that had USB type c on it and as its the first laptop its the first adapter. I have ordered another adapter from anker to check if the adapter. Also i have another computer and have tested the Ethernet cable and its working fine
