Internet help needed

Ok I use Ethernet to get Internet. Well it's been working fine, worked fine a couple hours ago but now it says not connected. It's an nVidia n force networking controller. It can't be fried cause its integrated and on my motherboard. Please help!

Nvm I fixed my problem. Unplugged and re plugged Ethernet cable into router and boom it works again

FYI, integrated devices like network cards and sounds cards can get fried. Even though they are on the motherboard. Glad the problem got fixed.
