problem:
sister is on internet 24-7. would like to use internet when i need to only,,and not have her on it..is there anyway, i can connect to internet only..by maybe putting in pw..or somthning.. i need my internet..but don't want my sister to use it..only cpu have..cannot afford laptop...any help would be appreciated...thank you..

Well, you can create another account for your sister BUT without Internet connection.
