Internet in the newly build outside studio and loft

Hello, we currently have BT Hub5. Have a newly build office at the end of the garden (approx distance between the two is 25m (82ft) and a new loft. BT not being very helpful. Current extender doesn't work with either. What is the best solution for both? Many thanks for your advice.

Run a ethernet cable is always the best option. If they are off the same power use powerline devices to connect. Otherwise something like a pair of outdoor wireless bridge devices will be your best bet.

An extra buried conduit is ALWAYS a good idea when doing construction like this. You can get direct burial cat5 which you could use a spade to create a 6 - 8 inch deep trench.
