Internet Interrupted after formatting

My internet is interrupted .I recently installed windows 8 in DEll.i restored my system but its not working.Internet downloading speed is very less compared to other laptops using same connection.PLease Help

Thankyou for your help.I tried to flush Dns cache and it worked little bit but still my download speed is very low and unable to open youtube .Is there any softwares to fix this problem .
