Internet is connected but i can't go online!

Hello
My internet is Connected, but i can't go online!
I can only Connect to Internet Explorer!
Everything else doesn't work! (Like chrome, Firefox, Games needed internet for etc)
I don't know what the problem is, but please help!
My computer is a Toshiba 8.1 computer Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200 CPU @
2,50GHz 2,50GHz
